Discernment on the Spiritual Path

Discernment on the Spiritual Path: Learning to Recognize Truth, Guidance & Illusion

As we move deeper along the spiritual path, we often become more sensitive to intuition, energy, synchronicities, spiritual teachings, and inner guidance. Yet greater sensitivity also brings an important responsibility: learning discernment.

How do we recognize the difference between genuine inner guidance and fear? Between intuition and wishful thinking? Between spiritual truth and ideas that simply appeal to the ego? And how can we remain open to spiritual experiences while also staying grounded, centered, and empowered?

Discernment on the Spiritual Path: Learning to Recognize Truth, Guidance & Illusion is a live virtual class designed to help you develop greater clarity as you navigate your spiritual journey.

During this class, we will explore ways to listen more deeply to your inner wisdom while learning to question information thoughtfully rather than accepting every spiritual message, teaching, impression, or experience at face value. We will discuss how fear, expectations, personal beliefs, emotional wounds, and the ego can sometimes influence the way we interpret what we receive.

You will be encouraged to develop a spiritual practice rooted not only in openness, but also in self-awareness, personal responsibility, grounded reflection, and trust in your own inner knowing.

During this class, we will explore:

• How intuition and discernment work together

• Recognizing the difference between fear and inner guidance

• How the ego and personal expectations can influence spiritual perception

• Evaluating spiritual teachings and messages without surrendering your personal authority

• Recognizing potential spiritual manipulation or misleading claims

• Using the heart, intuition, reason, and lived experience together

• Developing stronger energetic and personal boundaries

• Learning when to pause rather than immediately act on an intuitive impression

• Building greater confidence in your own spiritual decision-making

This class is not about telling you what to believe. Instead, it is about helping you develop the tools to explore your spiritual experiences with greater awareness and decide for yourself what feels authentic, grounded, and aligned.

The spiritual path is ultimately your own. Teachers, books, guides, experiences, and communities may illuminate parts of the journey, but discernment helps you remain the conscious participant in your own evolution.

Discover. Question. Listen. Discern.

Come prepared to reflect, participate, and explore what it means to walk your spiritual path with both an open heart and an awakened mind.
